Yard Manager
Full time position including 1 weekend day
Teach our wide ranges of clients (from complete beginners to advance riders)
Carries out daily stable duties (mucking out, turn out, grooming, tacking up)
Exercising and schooling riding school, training livery and youngsters
Managing our small team of yard hands and instructors
Organise and manage the daily running of the yard (mucking out, turn out, breaks, instructing, schooling, tacking up, feeding, etc)
Ensure all yard staff carry out checks on; horse tack, horse wellness (any lameness, abnormalities, changes in behaviour) and yard maintenance/tidiness
Manage and work with vet, farrier, physio and dentist
Horse riding instructor
Part time position including 1 weekend day
Teach our wide ranges of clients (from complete beginners to advance riders)
Teaching private, semi-private and group lessons
Running events and competitions
Carries out daily stable duties if needed to support the grooms (mucking out, turn out, grooming, tacking up)
Carry out checks on; horse tack, horse wellness (any lameness, abnormalities, changes in behaviour) and yard maintenance/tidiness
Yard Hand
Part time position including 1 weekend day
Carries out daily stable duties (mucking out, turn out, grooming, tacking up, feeding, haying)
Carry out checks on; horse tack, horse wellness (any lameness, abnormalities, changes in behaviour) and yard maintenance/tidiness
